Damaged-on-Arrival Policy

While we take every precaution in preparing and delivering your order, we understand that sometimes issues beyond our control may occur during transit. If your flowers or gift items arrive damaged or not in the expected fresh condition, we want to resolve it promptly. Please notify us on the same day that your order is received, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process your complaint efficiently, keep the flowers in their original packaging and take clear photographs to allow us to assess the problem.

Freshness Window Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our flower bouquets for a minimum of five days from the day of delivery, assuming reasonable care is taken (such as regular watering and trimming of stems). If your flowers wilt or fade significantly within this window, and you followed our basic care instructions, please contact us so we can put things right. Our team is committed to making sure every recipient in Hornsey enjoys days of exceptional floral beauty.

Refunds and Replacement Options

Depending on the circumstances and at our discretion, customers are entitled to either:

  • A replacement bouquet or floral arrangement, delivered at no extra cost to you
  • A full or partial refund to your original method of payment

We may request that affected flowers be returned for inspection, or that photographs be provided for documentation purposes.
